The role of Admissions Representative involves contacting prospective students from various lead generating activities (website, advertising, events etc.). The role coordinates and conducts campus tours with the aim of converting potential students to confirmed enrollments. It is about fostering strong working relationships with different recruitment channels and ensuring student applications are being assisted. Of course, it’s also about meeting expected sales and growth targets.

The person we seek will ideally have the following:

• Experience within a sales environment with demonstrated achievement of sales KPIs, preferably within the education sector;
• A high school diploma; college degree preferred;
• A minimum of two-years admissions, student, or client services experience;
• Knowledge of the sales process and a strong commitment towards sales success;
• The ability to communicate effectively; exceptional oral and written skills are imperative;
• PC/MAC proficiency;
• Familiarity with CRM tools management is a plus, Salesforce experience preferred;
• Good organizational skills;
• The ability to write and deliver presentations;
• A willingness to accommodate flexible hours;
• Willing to represent the school honestly and ethically, and to perform all duties in the mutual best interest of the school and its students
